Reverse Osmosis (RO)

Aster’s Reverse Osmosis (RO) technology stands at the forefront of water purification, showcasing a sophisticated and highly efficient process designed to deliver the utmost in water quality. The detailed sequence begins with a crucial pre-filtration stage, where larger particles, sediments, and impurities are meticulously removed, serving as a protective measure for the subsequent components of the system, especially the delicate RO membrane.

Upon completing pre-filtration, the water enters the pressurization phase. This step is fundamental in creating the necessary force to propel the water through

the heart of the system – the Reverse Osmosis membrane. Crafted with state-of-the-art technology, this semi-permeable membrane serves as a discriminating barrier, allowing water molecules to permeate through while effectively blocking and rejecting a majority of impurities, including salts, minerals, and various contaminants.

The concentration and rejection streams play a crucial role in this process. As water molecules pass through the RO membrane, impurities are concentrated, creating what is often referred to as the reject stream. This rejec

t stream, rich in concentrated impurities, is then diverted away from the purified water, ensuring that only the highest quality water emerges from the system.

The advanced design of Aster’s RO technology not only guarantees exceptional purification but also optimizes energy efficiency and minimizes water wastage. The result is a reliable, sustainable, and technologically advanced solution for meeting the highest standards of water quality. Aster’s commitment to excellence is reflected in every aspect of our RO technology, ensuring that our clients benefit from cutting-edge water treatment that stands as a beacon of innovation and reliability in the industry.
